Starting the Special K challenge

I"m starting the Special K challenge to try to lose weight. My current weight as of  November 14, 2010, is 255 pounds.                                                                                                                                         
The Special K challenge require you to do the following:

1. Replace 2 meals a day with your choice of any of the varieties of Special K® cereal, Protein Shakes or Protein Meal Bars.

2. Eat one good meal of your choice per day… but be sure it's something filling and nutritious!

3. Snacking is good. They recommend  two Special K® snacks a day. Choose from: Protein Snack Bars, Cereal Bars, Special K™ Fruit Crisps, Crackers, Protein Water Mixes.

4. Fill up on fruits and veggies.You can have as many servings as you like throughout the day.

Drink beverages as you normally do but don't drink soft drinks.
